Interesting. Do you think practicing “pause drills” with family could make this reflex automatic? And what’s the most common scam you’re seeing right now that bypasses logical thinking?

Absolutely. I believe that practicing "pause drills" as a family yields rewards in many areas of life, including helping manage thesw scam moments.

Love that. Have you found certain age groups respond better to pause drills? Curious if teens adopt it faster than older adults.

Great question. I don't have much experience with teens. I'd say though that pausing doesn't feel natural and it's awkward at first, hence the importance of practicing (and teaching our kids to do so).
